At Smythe Volvo our priority is the safety of our employees and customers. 

We are here for you, and ready to help in any way that we can. We remain fully operational, and we are taking every necessary step to continue to provide the service you rely on. To keep our environment safe and allay concerns we've taken additional measures to ensure we are as safe as possible.

While we've always taken great pride in our clean and well run dealership, now more than ever it's critical that we make every effort to do so. We have added even more rigorous cleaning to ensure our facility is a healthy environment in all departments of our store, including our service lanes.  If you need service but prefer to not come in to our dealership, please let us know and we will pick up and re-deliver your vehicle. The same goes for sales.

While your car is in for service our valets, advisors, technicians and detailers are taking further precautions by wearing gloves and using steering wheel covers.  We utilize specialty products to clean all touch points in vehicles, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as steering wheels, handles, gear shifters and switches.  We are also committed to ensuring the safety of our employees and have instructed them to welcome our guests in our usual friendly Smythe Volvo way but to please refrain from handshakes and hugs for the time being.

If you are in the market for or interested in a new or pre-owned vehicle but prefer to browse from the comfort of your home, we have created platforms on our website that are easy to explore.  If you need more information please let us know how we can making shopping from home easier for you. If you would prefer to have one of our associates meet you at your home or office for a test drive, we can also accommodate that request.
